Wandering back across the desert flats during a “glowing” windstorm.
With the sun setting off to the west, a small palm thatched palapa stands strong in the gale.
Said to be nomadic, the folks from Mexicali are nicknamed “Cachanillas” meaning tumbleweeds,
many of which were blowing around in this storm!
